navigating effect control palette (scrolling?)

Can someone please tell me if there is a better way to move down through the effects stack than using the mouse scroll wheel?

I constantly am scrolling scrolling scrolling the mouse wheel to get where I want to be, or I have to use the scroll bar, which is also horrible.  If I could make the scroll jump several lines at a time that would help.

I alter my lumetri effects here to the effects stack is deep (because I often have several lumetri effects on the same clip, and the lumetri panel doesn't seem to handle that).

    Those are the only two methods.

    You can switch to the Effects worksapce, which places that panel to the right from top to bottom, so there's inherently more screen real estate to work with.
