Не працює нормально звук

Hello everyone, I need your help ;)) The sound in the preview app spontaneously stopped working normally. Only two channels of sound tracks work, and the sound in 1 channel of games in the left speaker or in headphones in 2 vice versa. What happened to the program.??? Who will help, already tried everything that was shown on YouTube and nothing helped. At the same time, everything works fine on the computer only in the problem program. I will be very grateful for your help :)))
