sorry, but Premiere CS3 was never available for free and Adobe no longer supports or distributes it.  You might try seeing if you can find it on Ebay...  Otherwise, you might investigate some other editing options...

And sorry, CS3 had never been available for free to begin with. The "free" download for Premiere Pro unactivated was for CS2. And that version and most other older versions of Premiere or Premiere Pro are no longer available at all from Adobe.

And worse, your system's hardware is now likely obsolete, not just old. Your system's hardware likely had been EOSL'd (End Of Support Life'd) by the hardware manufacturers years ago, and will not receive any more security patches - ever.
