Need ENCORE - Premiere Pro CS6 will not open after Installing from CC

We need to get ENCORE loaded to author DVD and BluRay. So we downloaded Premiere Pro CS6 from CC. After the install, Premiere Pro CS6 will not open. ENCORE will open briefly and then immediately crashes.

We are running a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) 10.14.3

Will someone pleases help with this issue?

While John is correct that CS6 isn't supported on any current OS, I believe the Creative Cloud app is actually installing Premiere CS6 6.0. Here is a page with both Mac and Win links that point to the last CS6 update: CS6 6.0.4 and 6.0.5 updates

If Encore still won't launch after installing this update then you're probably out of luck.

CS6 and Encore are from 2012 and are not supported on the latest Mac operating system

Owners of old programs simply have problems with new Mac operating systems... none of which is Adobe's fault... Adobe did not change your old program to make it stop working... Apple changed their operating system and THAT is why your old programs won't work, not because of anything Adobe did... Also... every time Apple issues an update, there is the risk that an old program that HAS been working will STOP working... bottom line, old programs require a matching old operating system
