goingkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

Hello,

I need to finish my project.

Yesterday I upgraded CC premiere/audition/AE in the middle of a large project...a couple of things were not working right and I was hoping for fixes. However, the situation went down the tubes. Sending my Premiere project to Audition, or to AE  (via the inter-process link) everything falls apart. Try to render (tried several formats) and every 10th or so frame is green noise. Try to reinstall the previous versions and I can no longer open my Premiere project! The only thing I can do is:

1. Find working versions of the programs (Premiere, Audition, AE)

2. Start over from scratch

Except I cannot find working versions!! Last night I went back one version at a time (premiere/audition/ae) running tests...I'm currently running Premiere v12.0 Haverdasher (?? I think)...on this version my usb mouse stops working!!!! If I go back one more version it says I'll install...v12.0 (again?? makes no sense)...go back one more and I'm running 2017 again.

Can someone please tell me what versions of Premiere, Audition and AE work? That is, will render without green noise frames, you can switch from Premiere to Audition and Premiere to AE, where all (or most) of the work spaces don't lead to a black screen, where my usb mouse will  work...anything to get me going again?! I'm dying here! Help!

Thanks,

Rusty

Adobe software is the most reliable software I've ever worked with and I worked with just about everything since 1982 ('82-02' computer programmer/MIS, '92-present 3d animation). Sorry for my first rather panicked message. Understand that what I saw could have nothing to do with Adobe's applications--very often it's something in the users Windows 10 setup or some odd program that's installed.

I am a very happy camper...I went back just one more version and everything works again! Did I mention that I love Adobe software?

Yes, I'll be nervous about upgrading to the current versions but I'll finish this project first and installing/uninstalling is easy as long as you backup before opening in a new version.
