Need help. Transfering projects in Premiere Pro (from a broken computer) to my new laptop

Hi.

 

My old computer broke, I had many projects that I have worked on throughout the years on that computer. I went and bought a laptop, logged into my Creative Cloud account (that I also used on the old computer) but now my projects aren't saved. Lost all my footage. Is there a way to get the projects back on my new laptop? The problem is that I cant use my old one because it's broke obviously.

The project files are large essentially text type files, I can't recall if in XML or HTML form, something like that.

 

And those files would be on the drive of that computer where you stored them. If the computer broke but the drive is functional, you take that drive out of that computer, connect the correct cords to your new rig, and copy the files over.

Everyone's mileage always varies ...
