Need help with persistent image tearing issue in Media Encoder

I'm having trouble with an issue where the exported video in Media Encoder shows image tearing. I've already tried uninstalling Media Encoder, but the problem persists. Interestingly, when I add effects or work in After Effects, the image tearing doesn't appear. I need assistance with this problem, please.

Image is offset. Its a bug with Dynamic Link.

Revert to 23.3 or export your Ae compositions to an intermediare file and use that in Premiere.

Nevermind, I have reverted both After Effects and Media Encoder to 23.3. Thank you so much for helping me.

I need to locate all the effects I'm using in After Effects from a specific pack, but it's not possible to save everything to a Premiere File. Is there another solution to solve this issue?

Render your comp to prores and use the file in Premiere instead of the link to Ae.

Even after switching to the 23.3 version of After Effects, the issue I was experiencing still persists. I'm not familiar with the steps you mentioned for the alternative solution. Can you please explain it in a simpler way?
