Need suggestion for plugin or application

I'm looking for a plugin for Premier Pro or AE to create the effect of an item turning from liquid puddle into a solid shape. The ideal application is used in the Armani Gummy Bag video on their site https://www.armani.com/en-us/experience/emporio-armani

Can anyone point me in the right direction to duplicate that effect?
