Need to export 100's of variations of 1 video, all with different text overlays

I have 1 video file and I need several hundred variations. The video files will be identical, and the text will be in the same location in each video, except the text in the overlay will be different in each one. I need these different text overlays to populate from a spreadsheet feed.

Is there a way in Premiere to automate this process, rather than creating all the videos manually?
