Need to find missing project file,

So I've lost my premiere pro file I've looked in recent folders for my saves and nothing is there. BUT I have actually found 2 different exported clips, Is there anyway I can track the premiere file using this exported media?

Legend

The project file will have the .prproj extension. Search for that and you should find it quickly. Also ... if you open the dialog to create a new project, it will start by showing the location of the last created project.
