need version 12.1.1 of premiere

i'am on mac osX and i'm on version 10.12.6

For Premiere pro

my problème is that i have version 12 and my other computer is on version 12.1.1 and i cant upgrade via Creative cloud.. It dosent work

so i downloaded premiere from the web directly on the adobe download page and it is the version 12 only so for the moment i'm stucked.
