Nenhum app do creative abre!

Comprei um mac e veio instalado o pacote craqueado e agora que sou assinante nada abre por conta desse seriel antigo, ja fiz todos os procedimentos de limpeza para reconhecer minha assinatura mas mesmo assim baixo mas nenhum app abre, eles carregam e fecham.

are you saying you had a hacked version of creative cloud and installed it and now that you've bought it, you can't activate it properly?  This may not be the place to ask since it's hosted by adobe.

Comprei o mac e já tinha um pacote instado que não era original e eu fui logar com a minha assinatura e não abre os apps, porque provavelmente essa versão que tinha na máquina não deve deixar ele executar os apps agora.

do some searching in this forum for premiere uninstaller (or is it creative cloud uninstaller) and you should find mention of an app that will completely remove the app from your system.  Then you can hopefully do a clean install..
