Nesting: going back to the right sequence?

I wonder if there's a shortcut to go back the main Sequence in which the nest is located...? Sometimes I get lost in them. Like in After Effects you hit TAB to go back to the connected composition...can't see a way to do this in Premiere.

No shortcut I know of but you can right click on the nest in the Project window and click the link in the video usage (metadata) or

hit the arrow down in the Preview Area.

    Hi Aviram84,

I don't think there is a shortcut for that. As mentioned by Ann, we do have a keyboard shortcut that will reveal the nested sequence (not the main sequence). Feel free to make a feature request for that here.

    Thanks,

    Ctrl+Shift+F reveals nested sequence.

that just leads me into the nest...i want to go back from the nest to the main Sequence. Just like when you hit TAB in After Effects.
