Never Before Seen Symbol As I Was Editing

New to editing on Premiere Pro. Came across this symbol today while trying to change the file name and was confused as to what it was.

Anyone got any idea what this is? Just concerned if it’s part of the application or something I need to be concerned about. Thanks for taking the time!
