New 2021 Caption Workflow - Single Line Background?

Hi,

So far I did not found any possibility to single line background to the caption. By now if you got a caption which expands over two lines I can just put the background box for the whole caption and I think it looks terrible! Is there any chance to get background for each line seperate (with space inbetween) like in the god old 2020 caption workflow?
