New Background removal not showing up in my utility panel

Question

I have the most recently updated version of Premiere Pro and I read that it is supposed to now have a Background Removal Effect under "video effects" and "utility" and it is not there.

If you're referring to what was shown at Adobe MAX, that's not available yet.

We can right-click a Clip and choose Replace with After Effect Composition and then use Roto Brush 3 to isolate the subject and remove the background.
