New colors in video tracks

Since I installed the latest version of Premiere, I've noticed that some new color bars appear on certain tracks when you copy and paste them on the timeline. Does anyone know what they mean?

Wrench timeline: show duplicate frame markers.

BTW those markers have been around quite a few versions.
