New navigation in Source and Project preview

For now, I just created a custom shortcut to "fit preview" to avoid at least zooming out and zooming in to another place. But definitely, zooming with mouse scroll without any quick option for the hand tool is just frustrating. Since I guess we all have some habits from for ex. After Effects, now using this in Premiere is just counter intuitive. But in other hand, lacking of consistency between application in Adobe Suite is something sadly normall...
