NEW PC BUILD quote opinions for mainly HD Video editing with Canon 60d .

Maybe alss using for 4k in the future but would like opinions on first wether its good enough for HD then seperatly 4K. Thanks

I have no idea, but Premiere has a great proxy workflow that allows you to edit with lower resolution files and seamlessly uses the full rez files for exports.  

I've got a mac 2009 macpro (with plenty of ram and a usb3 card - with a high sierra boot drive (a cheat, but it works) and I work with 4K multicamera projects all the time without issues.   Just make sure that your graphics card meets the requirements.  Do some googling to find the adobe page which gives this info.
