New Premiere Pro CC Update needs a patch ASAP

The new update for Premeire Pro CC is absolutely riddled with bugs and crashes. Constant dropped frames and frames showing all red or not at all. Freezing and unresponsive when closing after one of these bugs and sometimes without.

Not to mention opening a second project is now an internal operation opening in the background of which not all window arrangements work for..

This is ridiculous. People pay to use this for their business and problems like this put people out of work.

Do something about this adobe.@adobe

Hi StephenS,

Is this with new projects, updated projects, or both? Let me know.

Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks everyone! The venting helped me, but not my problem. I'm now getting render/compiling errors and have to restart my machine before I render.

Bummed. Working around it. Slowly.

This is largely a user forum.  Complaining here might be cathartic, but it's not likely to actually change anything.

I agree! This is ridiculous! I've been having this problem for a month now. I've tried using it on three different Windows computers and same problem. It locks the computer up almost immediately and when not locking the computer it is way too slow! I even decided to try it on a Mac...same problem. ADOBE! Why haven't you fixed this! We are all subscribing to your service yet we are unable to use what was a great product until recently.  PLEASE, PLEASE fix this now!

Total bummer it's not working for you. And clearly, as with any release, there's some others with issues. Compared to the last couple, the issues seem more scattered and the forum here and elsewhere hasn't had the massive spike in issues we've had before ... so I think in general for the whole "base", this release is probably more stable than some have been.

I've been totally stable, and it's nice to have the Tangent control panels working completely again, which they did not do in the 2017 11.x builds.

Which of course doesn't make your pain any the less ... been there, sucked that grunge.

And yes, we're all hoping that they do post a patch soon.
