Question

New to PP and having issues with frame and audio

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I'm having issues with the video automatically "re-winding" the tinniest moments. I'm guessing the framerate is quicker than the audio because the frame and audio move fluently up until points where the "jumpback" happens in the video. **prior to exporting**

It's EXTREMELY subtle (see video), but as I use Handbrake and increased the framerates (I went to 120 and saw a diff), it became less subtle, so the answer is there somewhere.

I'm recording video from my phone (iPhone 13 pro max) and I record the audio through a separate mic (powerdewise). I had issues prior where the audio and video were completely off, so i changed it up and now I've got a new issue lol.

Any help is greatly apprecaited!

Turns out I'm dropping frames when loading them in. I have an SSD, 48 gigs of ram, etc. and I'm still having issues with dropping frame rates

I've been through many of a solutions, but I'm still stuck

Use Handbrake not to increase framerate but to convert from variable framerate to constant framerate.

Try proxies, as phone footage is highly compressed.
