[New to Premiere Pro] I can't enable GPU acceleration with an RX580

Hi All,

I'm a new user of CC2020 Premiere Pro. I was recently attempting to use the Color Correction effect in a video that I was editing, but I was unable to view what I had done because there was a giant red bar that told me that "THIS EFFECT REQUIRES GPU ACCELERATION." I updated my drivers for my RX580 (8GB of VRAM) and enabled OpenCL. It still didn't work. Plus, when I exported the clip it seemed to only use the CPU, not the GPU. Am I missing something?
