Newest version 23.4 installed but stock templates not working

I just updated to the newest version 23.4 but when I try to use a stock template it says - This motion graphics template is not compatible with this version of premiere pro. You must update to the latest version of premiere pro in order to use this template.

Any ideas how I can get it to work?
