Ninja V audio no longer playing in Premiere Pro

**URGENT** Premiere Pro v 24.5  5k Imac Pro - Sonoma 14.4.1

Sony fx6 Slog 4k recorded using Atomos Ninja V Pro Res LT - Lapelle mic on ch1

I have been shooting using my Sony FX6 and Ninja V for a few years now, using the same method, same mic, no recent updates to any firmware on any on camera device. And this last few shoots (1/2 months time)

my audio from the Ninja no longer works in Premiere Pro. I recorded clip mic onto channel 1, then split it across both channels in Premiere, now when I import the file what I hear is pure noise, like static interfearance but when I play the clip in quicktime or VLC the audio is fine and if I input it into Resolve it all works perfectly. So the issue is with Premiere Pro, can I please get a solution as I shoot for a video agency who need to send content out most days and this is destroying their workflow, PP I need an answer ASAP PLEASE? - this is happening across multiple editors computers/systems not just mine?

mediainfo file attached.

thanks,

Paul

Hi @paul26986202zlbr - Would you be able to send me one of the files you are having trouble with?  You can email me a link from google drive or dropbox etc. at jamiec@adobe.com

Across multiple different machines, the same exact issue?

Hi @paul26986202zlbr - This sounds like a media cache issue.  When you upgraded to 24.5 did you clear your media cache?  The easiest way to do this is to hold down shift while opening premiere and from there you can reset your cache.
