Have you tried the current version of Premiere Pro? If so, let us know if it works there.

Has this issue been a problem in the past? If not, perhaps one of the Adobe Experts can lend a hand here. Maybe @Richard M Knight might have an idea on the issue. I hope the community can help you soon. Sorry for the problem.
