No audio for some mp4 videos

Hello, I have download some videos and they work well in media player and VLC, but when I load them in Premiere not all of them show audio track as if it was a video without audio. All videos were downloaded the same way, same software at the same time and same format. 

I have already tried to clear Cache manually under

C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Media Cache Files

and create another project from scratch but made no difference. Please help.
