NO AUDIO IMPORT

Hi guys, 

I'm a noob to PrPro moving from FCPX. I thought I would be off to a flying start as the software seemed fairly parallell. However, I can not work out how to import audio. 

As you can see from my screen shot, the targets are enabled but the audio symbol in the imported clips is greyed out. I have tried converting the .MOV to MP4 but the issue remains. I've done all the troubleshooting I can find on the issue. Re installed etc. 

I'm sure it's a user error and I am missing something but I have spent more hours than I care to admit trying to find a fix.
