No Audio MP4 Import

Upon importing a batch of MP4 files to Premiere, none of them import with audio attached. When I play them on my desktop, the audio plays just fine.

I have spent the last 2 hours reading Adobe forums regarding cleaning your Media Cache and deleting your Media Cache files while Premiere is closed. I tried these methods multiple times to no avail.

Are there any other solutions for this type of situation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
