no audio on playback but after exporting the whole video you can hear the audio

Hello

so rn im using adobe premiere pro 2020 and i have gotten a problem about the audio  tryed resetng my data but nothing works the problem s that everytime i making a vdeo and then  i click on play button but then you dont hear any audio but you can see the video i tryed doing changing audio nothing worked so after that i exported the video and when  open it you can hear the audio perfectly  i really hope somebody has a solution for this because i dont want to export everytime just to hear the audio 

ok anyways that was my problem i hope somebody has a solution for me
