No Audio Playback with Lastest 2019 Premiere Pro [resolved]

The meters display that audio is showing the audio during playback, but no audio plays. I have restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled.

I have checked the audio hardware settings, they are correctly set to the Steinberg Audio Interface which is working fine, playing back audio in other programs.

I have tried the soloing, and unsoloing tracks trick.

Using a Mac mini (2018) with Mojave.

Currently cannot edit whatsoever with this latest version. I also cannot re-install previous versions of Premiere because it gives me an error.

Edit: Fixed it by deleting the preferences file, via holding down alt when starting up Premiere.
