There are no cuts on the timeline, the entire movie file is one piece even though it consists of several tens of small fragments that I have been editing on the timeline for several days.

After yesterday's update, i.e. 4.12.2024 from version 25.0.0 to 25.1.0, the cuts between shots disappeared in the project/timeline. You can't see where a given film ends and where it begins. Everything looks like one piece of film, but these are individual shots set one after the other.
In version 25.0.0, you can clearly see the beginning and end of each shot - especially in the minimized view, and in version 25.1.0, in the minimized view, you can no longer see the "cuts" between shots, i.e. the aforementioned beginning or end of individual shots. After enlarging the timeline preview, vertical lines appear, which are by default the places where the file was cut or where its beginning and end are.

Yesterday I spoke to an Adobe employee and the only solution was to roll back from version 25.1.0 to version 25.0.0 and I can continue working without any unpleasant "surprises" while working on the film.

I am attaching two videos from 4.12.2024:
timeline from version 25.0.0

and timeline from version 25.1.0

@Ann Bens

I don't think that is the issue.

Compare the upper video track in each of the op's screenshots.
