No Essential Graphics panel in premiere Pro CC ??

Hi,

I would like to use the Essential Graphics panel in Premiere Pro but it doesn't appear in the window menu.

How can I fix it ?

I don't have AE installed, but want use preset from a friend in the Essential Graphics panel.

hi sir i have installed Adobe cc 2017 version with After effects but in premiere pro essential graphics panel is missing i renamed the layouts and also i deleted preferences also but still im not getting it please help me in this.......
