NO ME APARECE OPCION DE ALINEAR Y TRANSFORMAR

Cuando selecciono todos los subtitulos de mi video, quiero ir a la parte de alinear y transformar para poder moverlos todos juntos a la vez, pero no me aparece

I think you are using the standard "Type Tool" rather than "Captions".
If you select multiple graphics clips (each with a Type tool object inside it) then the align tools don't appear. If you do the same with "Captions", then they are available.
