no puedo importar ningún formato de imagen (I cannot import any image format)

Estoy trabajando en premiere pro y no puedo importar ningun tipo de imagen. He provado con varios formatos, con imagenes propias y descargadas de internet pero no me deja llevarlas a la linea de tiempo. Cuando importo la imagen, la miniatura aparece en negro y al arrastralo a la linea de tiempo la mano tiene un signo de prohibido. Tampoco hay algun letrero de error y tengo Activadas mis lineas de tiempo (V1 en azul). ¿Qué puedo hacer?

I am working in premiere pro and I can't import any type of image. I have tried with several formats, with my own images and images downloaded from internet but it doesn't let me take them to the timeline. When I import the image, the thumbnail appears black and when I drag it to the timeline the hand has a forbidden sign. There is also no error sign and I have my timelines activated (V1 in blue). What can I do?
