no sound

Hello,

I don't understand, despite thousands of searches, I can't find anything. When I insert a video, the sound of the video is not imported! I do not understand why, I tried in the formats: MP4; MOV; AVI, but nothing helps, I tried other videos, same concerns ....

There's an audio channel but no sound on the actual clip (at least in that screenshot). The lack of wveform could just be a setting, but I doubt that. Have you tried playing the clip outside of PP to check the audio? Where did the clip come from?
