no sound and crash

when i open a clip on the monitor it only have the image but no sound and if i move the file to another drive i get the sound back.

another thing is one shot i shot on my dji osmo there is image and sound if i open it in the windows file windows, but when i try to move that clip in to the timeline it only showing that it only have the sound no image as well as in the media browser.

after i finish my editing i save it and try to close the program it freeze and can't do anything even i wait for couple hours

and sometime it just freeze when im editing something.

how can i solve the problems??

    I would suggest to delete the media cache and the preferences. You can find the media cache directory under edit > preferences > media. Don't use the delete button in the dialog, instead delete the folders while Premiere Pro is closed. Then restart and let Premiere Pro rebuild the media cache.

    You can find the Premiere Pro Preferences in your documents folder under Adobe > Premiere Pro > X.0 > Profile-Username. Move these files to the desktop and then restart Premiere Pro. That might help with the freezing problems.

    i did delete the preferences but it still can't read the file to video only have the sound  no image

    i shot it on DJI OSMO
