Everytime I export my video and I upload on YouTube I see all resolution except for 480p
There's from 144p till 1080p and I used media encoder , and used youtube 1080p export and still not solve
The alternate smaller resolutions are created by YouTube, they aren't part of the export file from Premiere.
On uploading, YouTube takes all original files and puts them in line to get reprocessed. When they get that process done, all user viewing options will be there.
And it can take an hour or more.
