No Timeline Display Settings when clicking on wrench icon (CC 12.1.1)

When I click on the wrench to open the timeline display settings, nothing happens. Is this happening for anyone else, and is there another way to access these settings?

Are you using a second monitor? I was working on macbook pro with a second monitor and had the same problem. I just unplugged the second monitor and the timeline display settings appear again normaly.
