No vertical or horizontal scrolling bar in program view

After the latest update the scrolling feature in zoomed Program view disappeared.
1. Version 24.4.1 (Build 2)

2. Platform: Mac OS Sonoma

3. Zoom Program window to 100%
4. Used to be able to scroll up or down, right or left in zoomed view, after the udpate the feature is unavailable.

@janeg97843586 I'm not sure on a Mac, but on pc you can zoom in and then use the middle mouse button to move the zoomed in view l/r/u/d.

Thank you. I normally do not use a mouse, but I've found a workaround, the H (hand), though it's an extra switch.

Both are new features, and a change from before.

I have the same issue. AND, what's up with the crazy colors that the interface has? Can I go back to the default scheme that I had before?
