Question

no video only sound after importing

Hi I imported a video from exploration panel to the panel at the bottom right, I cut it as I liked and then when I imported a second video only the sound would display. 

Please tell me what I did wrong and how to fix my problem.

We understand this is not ideal. In addition to the suggestion given by Ann, could you test the issue after cleaning media cache?

The most common user error is not source patching the track.
Solved by first opening clip in Source Monitor. Then drag/insert into timeline.
