No Video Playback Through USB Display Adapter/ Intel Error

I have a laptop running Premiere Pro 2020 and I have a Wavlink USB3.0 5K display adapter plugged in as a docking station. When the display adapater is plugged in I cannot see the video I am trying to edit but can hear it. When I unplug the adapter I can use the program. 

Additionally I am getting the Unsupported Video driver error for Intel UHD Graphics 620. I have tried to update the driver but it will not update.

Any suggestions?
