No voice over going into timeline

My voiceovers stopped working last week,  I had the FULL DEAL of the adobe help agent remote accessing my pc and after hours of him trying he finally made them work again but had to force delete all my "Presets" and for some reason deleting the presets made them work again and he told me the reason that it stopped working is because it was "BAD LUCK ".............

Has anyone else been having  voice over issues on adobe premiere?

    Thanks for the message. Sorry for the trouble you had with assisted support. I was wondering if this ever worked on your machine? If so, when did it stop working? Did it happen suddenly last week or has the issue persisted before that. I think a little more information as to the timing of this bug might help find a solution for you faster. I hope we can help.
