No volume on my clip

I am editing clips into a sequence and yesterday there was no problem with any of the volume on any of my clips and today one of my clips has no volume for no reason. I have not touched any of the sound features. I am not really impressed. If your program is going to delete my audio of its own accord, then I cannot use it.

    Your program also will not reload the full clip and has reduced it from 3 minutes to 26 seconds. Again, not impressed. What am I paying a subscription for if your program is going to mess with my clips? I hope you fix this soon because I am really pissed off that I have to delete the sequence. And here I thought Adobe was a good program. I was so wrong.
