Noisy videos when uploaded in premier

Hey everyone, I have an issue which I really do not understand...

I have videos shot in 2.7 K with my DJI Osmo pocket 3, which looks fabulous if I preview them normally

As soon as I add them in a new project, they look extremely noisy.

Not sure why this is happening, any suggestions? Thank you very much!

Without seeing examples especially including scopes, probably both RGB Parade and Waveform (YC no chroma) ... it would be hard to say. Oh, and screen grabs of the Lumetri panel Settting tab color management options.

Hard to add screenshots right now, but everything is on default settings

Make sure that the Program Monitor is set to Full.

What do you mean when you say 'preview them normally'?

Are you viewing them in a player outside Premiere?

What are the color settings of your clip and do the colors appear similar when you import them into Premiere?

Hey, i mean that if I just click-open the files they look amazing, like viewes outside premiere (for instance with default software QuickTime).

the shots are n DJI log mode, but it happens with all files
