Non ho gli strumenti per fare le maschere sotto "opacità" nel pannello "controllo effetti", né la penna né le forme, non capisco perché

Alla voce opacità nel pannello “controllo effetti”, non ho la penna o le forme per fare le maschere. non capisco il motivo. ho provato a aggiornare premiere all’ultima versione ma non è cambiato nulla
