None of the "Browse" buttons launch Finder - Premiere Pro 2020

Hi All,

I'm having a problem with Premiere Pro 2020 on Mac with Catalina.  None of the Browse buttons launch Finder, so I cant change any directories, or select any media (or anything) from the PP interface - I have to drag and drop the files into the interface.

The only one that does work is the Extract function, where it allows me ot change the filename and select the destination using Finder.

I've uninstalled & re-installed.

Running Catalina 10.15.2

Any ideas would be great.
