Noob lost his source monitor scrubber...

Anyone know how I was able to wind up with the "drag video/audio only" button bar covering the timecode and scrubber bar in my source monitor? It does this for all clips and stays the same no matter what size I make that panel. Can't see or grab the playhead at all, but can partially see the very bottom of the timecode and the settings wrench.

Any help in getting the scrubber back visible much appreciated!

    2023... Havind this issue all the time..

    Close panel and open by double clicking on clip in project window or timeline.

    Should not be happening. Yet it does. Been going on for years. This a bug, plain and simple. Work arounds should not be needed.

    its 2021 and Im still hjaving this issue. Everything was fine until I update premiere pro. My fault. everytime I update this thing I have issues.

    Did you reset the workspace? That is most often the fix.

    Yes, but after about an hour it disappears again. I am also having massive issues after about 2 hours of editing when I get this wnderful screen everytime I click on a menu item. Its frustrating trying to edit a feature film, and having to cerate workarounds to do simple tasks. I uograded muy computer and graphics card especially for this and it's really gotten me nowhere.

    Can you post a screenshot of your interface? It will be a lot easier to tell what's going on with that.

    Try going into the Workspaces menu, and clicking "Reset to saved Layout" ...
