Not able to open film script in new Adobe Story CC

I have been working on a film script on the old version of Adobe Story and yesterday I updated to the newer version. When I tried to copy the script to use in the new version, the script would not open, it would just keep loading. When I tried opening other scripts, I had no problem, but I just can't open the one I need to edit. I have the same problem when I try other computers. Is anyone else having this problem or what I can do to fix it? Or if it's possible to downgrade to the older version?

Hi wipplemonk,

Sorry for your issue!

Have you tried switching your web browser?

Here is how you can access the previous version: Accessing Adobe Story CC (Classic) - the previous version

Thanks,

Hi sebastianl,

Sorry for your issue!

  • Have you tried using Story Classic in a different browser?
  • Have you deleted cookies & cache for Story in your browser settings?
  • Have you enabled flash & popups for Story?

Let us know if this helps!
