Not able to select complete text

When I am selecting the text it only selects the first two letters with Command+A, I am using Premiere Pro 23.2 on Macbook Air M1,
This is what it does

this is what I want to achieve

it is happing with this specific project only, It's working fine in other projects.

    Make new project and import old one.
