Not being able to update Premiere Pro 2015.3 to 2017 version

Hi RexS,

There isn't a update in the creative cloud app that allows me to update my Premiere Pro to the newest 2017 version. The latest update I have is the 2015.3

CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when they are not
